DEMERARA FIG MOJITO

Ingredients: White Rum, Figs, Lemon wedges, Mint leaves, Sugarcane sticks, Castor sugar, Lime juice, Soda

 

Method:

 

Muddle fig, squeeze lime wedges in a Tom Collins glass, add sugar and mix it properly. Add mint, bruise it, add lime wedges, ice and rum and mix it all up. Top it with ice. Garnish with lime wheels, mint, sugarcane sticks and chopped fig.

 


 

 

 

AVOCADO DELIGHT

Ingredients: Tequila, Avocados, Cilantro, Lime juice, Corn syrup

 

Method: 

 

Blend half an avocado along with cilantro, lime juice, corn syrup and tequila. Serve frozen in a salt and coriander powder rimmed margarita glass.

Ingredients: Tequila, Green chilli seeds, Coriander leaves, Lemon slices, Non-caffeine carbonated soft drink

 

Method:

 

Muddle the coriander leaves, green chilli seeds and lemon slices. Add the muddle mix in a chilled port glass, pour a shot of tequila and top with a fizzy soft drink. Garnish with coriander and lemon, or just down it ungarnished.

Method:

Method:

 

Add roughly chopped strawberries, cucumber, kiwi, orange, green apple and mint leaves in a hookah pot. Add Pimm’s and gin and top it up with soda and the soft drink.

Ingredients: White rum, Dark rum, Homemade spiced tea, Heavy milk, Honey, Star anise

 

Method:

 

Fill a shaker with ice, and add all the ingredients except the dark rum and shake well. Strain into a Cutting Chai glass. Float 5 ml of the dark rum on top and garnish with star anise.

 


 

KOKUM GINGER MARGARITA

Ingredients: Tequila, Freshly chopped ginger, Kokum syrup, Lime juice, Sugar syrup

 

Method:

 

Muddle the ginger in a cocktail glass. Add the Kokum syrup, lime juice and sugar syrup. Add this mixture and tequila into a blender with a cup of crushed ice. Pour into a salt rimmed margarita glass and garnish with a lime wheel.

 


 

 

 

SMOKED BACON BLOODY MARY

Ingredients: Vodka, Tomato puree, Tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, Fresh lemon juice, Smoked bacon

 

Method:

 

Take a Caipiroska jar glass with a salted rim and add 3 cubes of ice. Add a lemon wedge and worcestershire sauce, followed by the tomato puree, tomato juice and vodka. Garnish with grilled bacon strips, celery stick and a slice of lime.

Method:

 

Take a cocktail shaker add vodka/Malibu ,gin, tequila, orange liquor, kiwi puree lime juice and  shake it. Fill the glass with ice and pour it, top up with 7up.
