Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2015 is basically an opportunity for no-listers to show up and let people know they still exist. And this time, while the A-listers are busy doing their jobs (shooting movies, that is), a bunch of we-don’t-really-care-about-you-guys are populating the front rows.

Like Dino Morea, for example. For kids these days, Morea is already referred to as a Bhatt veteran. A bunch of photographers actually walked by him and didn’t even stop and check whether he was a celebrity. Then we spotted Viveik Oberoi at Manish Malhotra’s show. And later, he was chilling outside Mehboob Studios, and it almost looked like he was wanting people on the street to notice him and ask him for a selfie. No. One. Bothered. Sooraj “Will-Be-A-Hero-Soon” Pancholi was also hanging about and looked really happy when a few people recognised him. Score.

Of the oldies, Sussanne Khan and Sonali Bendre have popped out of the rock. Khan is doing really well post-divorce we hear and Bendre, well, she’s doing a good job being famous. That’s hard work, you know. Tabu and Urmila Matondkar also bonded pretty well at one of the shows. Why Matondkar faded away, we have no clue. Tabu, on the other hand, is gorgeous and stately as ever. We will always love you, Ghazala.

Shraddha Kapoor and Aditi Rao Hydari looked wonderful this season. Kapoor did spend a lot of time with Karan Johar though. Is she dying for his magic wand to twirl on her head like it did on Alia’s? KJo was more interested in gabbing with Nita Ambani. He completely ignored Ayushmann Khurana for the whole time who was sitting right next to him. Don’t come from a film family, son? You ain’t good enough for a conversation then. One-film wonder Nimrat Kaur walked the ramp again. She also acted too pricey for everyone else and hardly spoke to anyone else, again. Isn’t her I-am-too-good-for-Bollywood act getting a tad irritating now? And Ameesha Patel, it is time you eased on the botox.
