Surprising all guests at the 17th annual Latin Grammy Awards, Jennifer Lopez performed and presented an award to her ex-husband Marc Anthony and you’d be absolutely shocked by what happened next.
Well, they kissed!
While presenting the award, Lopez gushed over her ex-husband and stated in Spanish, “Marc, you are a living legend who has laid bare your heart and soul on your musical journey. We’ve learned so much and we’ve grown so much, and you’ve always been so many things in my life: my mentor, a twin soul, a father who’s not only the Person of the Year, he’s the person of all time”.
And with the audience cheering “Kiss! Kiss! Kiss!” the two actually went ahead and obliged their fans.
Both Jennifer and Mark performed the hit number Olvidame y Pega la Vuelta while Anthony also sang the solo number I Need to Know during the show.
Mark Anthony and Jennifer Lopez were married from 2004 to 2011 and currently, he is married to Venezuelan model Shannon De Lima.
Anthony later dedicated his award to his five children and to all those who told him he’d “never make it”.
