The special sharing menu for December 31st includes a range of delicious nibbles that guests can enjoy along with their drinks. Non-vegetarian options include curried chicken Quesadilla with cumin powder and tomatoes with fresh mozzarella; Chorizo and bean Tostadas, with apple chutney, boiled egg and white cabbage; Potato samosa & spiced chicken with sev, fresh red onion and Kashmiri chilli; Deviled egg chaat with pomegranate seeds, peri-peri aioli and chana dal, and blackened red snapper skewers with Cajun seasoning and lemon aioli.
The menu also includes numerous vegetarian dishes such as roasted mushroom & caramelized onion bruschetta with sharp cheddar, thyme and extra virgin olive oil; charred corn and potato croquettes with chopped jalapeno bits, cheddar and romesco sauce; crispy flattened rice, peanut, red chilli, fresh coriander, and lemon juice; and vada pao poppers, with curry leaf, green chilli and mozzarella with a lasoon rub, and verdure flatbread, rucola, red peppers, green olives, parmesan cheese and basil pesto.
