The glitzy World Towers are home to this outpost of New Delhi’s Town Hall, serving chef Augusto Cabrera’s modern Japanese menu, a stellar selection of cocktails and some Indian and Italian dishes thrown in for the sake of variety. We’d highly recommend sticking with Cabrera’s specialty – sushi and sashimi. Try the sashimi trio of salmon, tuna, and yellowtail, or go with Yellowtail Jalapeno in Wasabi Soy, both bursting with flavor. The Tanuki Salmon and Shokunin sushi rolls are a must-try as well. Rock Shrimp Tempura in Sriracha is addictive, while the Peruvian Avocado Salad is a must order for its fresh, zingy flavors. You won’t regret a repeat order of the chef’s favorite Filipino Barbecue Pork Belly either. But do save space for dessert. The Pandan cheesecake with blueberry compote served with basil jelly is absolutely divine.
