Leonardo DiCaprio has earned yet another Academy Award nomination for Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. DiCaprio earned his first Oscar nomination for the What’s Eating Gilbert Grape where he portrayed the role of the mentally impaired younger brother of Johnny Depp’s character.

DiCaprio was nominated for the Best Actor Oscar three times — for The AviatorBlood Diamond, and The Wolf of Wall Street. And though he continued to be nominated, many began to wonder if he would ever win. Finally, in 2016, DiCaprio was nominated for Best Actor for his role in the drama The Revenant, where he bagged his first Academy Award for the Best Actor.

This nomination marks Leo’s sixth in total and second possible Oscar win. He’s up against Jonathan Pryce, Antonio Banderas, Adam Driver, and Joaquin Phoenix. However, there are very low chances of winning his second golden trophy. The actor is up against Phoenix for his portrayal of the role of Arthur Fleck in Joker.

So far, the Joker actor has taken home the Golden Globe for best actor in a motion picture — drama, the SAG Award for best actor and Critics Choice Award for best actor. So, this time it pretty much feels like Phoenix is going to take it home.
