Netflix is launching a new series on Instagram that will focus on taking care of yourself and your mental health during the coronavirus global pandemic. Titled as Wanna Talk About It? focuses on mental health and self-care.
The series will feature actors from shows in the young adult genre on the streaming platform, including stars like Caleb McLaughlin from Stranger Things, Noah Centineo and Lana Condor from To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, Jerry Harris from Cheer, Joey King from The Kissing Booth, and Alisha Boe and Ross Butler from 13 Reasons Why.

They will be joined by experts from various mental health organizations such as the National Alliance on Mental Illness, Mental Health America, The Trevor Project and Crisis Text Line. The chat series will focus on topics that ranges from managing anxiety to sleeplessness.
The series will run every Thursday from now through May 14 on the Netflix’s Instagram account.
