The Alex Rodriguez – Jennifer Lopez split was one of the most shocking events in the world of glamour. The break up had quite a few drastic twists, with JLo finally ending up with Ben Affleck. The baseball player may have lost his partner, but Rodriguez is quite intact with his sense of humour. He was seen joking about being single recently, and it sure was a hilarious moment for all.
It all started with FOX Sports’ live broadcast showed players from the Tampa Bay Rays relaxing in the dugout and eating popcorn. “It’s not the first time people had been eating popcorn in the middle of the game,” co-anchor Kevin Burkhardt said. The footage of Cameron Diaz hand-feeding Rodriguez popcorn during the 2010 Super Bowl popped on the screen as Burkhardt said these lines.
Rodriguez was quick to respond and say, “KB, that’s maybe why I’m single.” All the four anchors burst into laughter once they heard him say these lines.

Giving you a quick recap of everything that has happened in the past few months, Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez called off their engagement a few months back after trying to resolve their issues. The decision came after cheating rumours between the baseball player and Southern Charm star Madison LeCroy surfaced online back in January 2020.
The rumours started when during Southern Charm’s January reunion, cast member, Craig Conover, accused LeCroy of cheating on her then-boyfriend Austen Kroll. He said that the actress has cheated on Kroll with a Miami-based “ex-MLB player.” Host Andy Cohen shared that the man was “married” and “very famous,” and fans speculated that it was Rodriguez. The Southern Charm actress went on to address the rumours, and told Page Six that Rodriguez is “just an acquaintance,” and that they have spoken on the phone but never met in person. Lopez did not react to the whole fiasco back then and wanted to work on things with Rodriguez.
