Hrithik Roshan has splurged close to Rs 100 crore on a new property deal in Mumbai. The actor has purchased two apartments on multiple floors of a luxury building in Mumbai’s Juhu area, according to a report by Mumbai Mirror.

Roshan’s new purchases include two apartments spread over the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of a sea-facing building on the Juhu-Versova Link Road. One of the two apartments is a two-floor penthouse, so the actor will most likely be converting both the apartments into one, large mansion. Roshan reportedly paid Rs 97.50 crore for both the apartments.

According to Mumbai Mirror, the combined area of both the apartments is around a whopping 38,000 sq. ft, that get an uninterrupted view of the sea, and have a 6,500 sq. ft open-to-the-sky terrace. If you spend close to Rs 100 crore on an apartment, the bonuses are equally valuable. The Roshan family will have an exclusive lift to the apartment and will also reportedly have ten parking slots to their name in the building.

Roshan frequently shared images of his apartment during the lockdown.
