Last week Chopra’s sister-in-law and Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner celebrated Pride Month with a post on her Instagram Story. Turner wrote, “It’s mothaf****** #pride month babaaaayyyyyy,” along with several Pride-themed stickers, including “Bi Pride,” “Gay Pride,” “Move, I’m gay,” “Time isn’t straight and neither am I,” and a rainbow. During an interview with Rolling Stone ahead of the Game of Thrones series Finale in 2019, the actress had said she loves a soul not a gender, and that she knows this after meeting “enough” girls and boys in her life. The 25-year-old also revealed that she was “fully prepared” to be single for life, but added, “I think once you’ve found the right person, you just know.”
Pride Month was first celebrated in the US in 2000. Then US President Bill Clinton issued a presidential proclamation designating the month to the LGBTQ community. People across the world celebrate Pride Month with parades, marches, rallies and the pride flag.
Coming to the work front, the actor is currently shooting for her upcoming spy series Citadel. The Amazon-backed project is being helmed by the Russo Brothers. The film also stars Richard Madden. Chopra also recently completed the shoot of Text For You with Sam Heughan, Celine Dion, Russell Tovey, and Omid Djalili. She will also be seen in Matrix 4 and a film based on the life of Maa Anand Sheela.
