The ongoing coronavirus pandemic has forced a lot of institutions to be shut. Gyms happen to be one of them, forcing a lot of gym-goers to stay home. This has led everyone to improvise with the circumstances and start doing their very own home workouts to stay fit. Your favourite fitness influencers may have cashed in on it already, but what if you had a complete home workout guide from the terminator himself.
Arnold Schwarzenegger took to Instagram to share his home workout routine that he used to regularly practice, without any high-tech gym equipment.
“There are a lot of things we can’t control during this crisis, so we need to focus on what we can control. I wrote up my old no-gym required workout for all of you, as promised, because we can control our fitness,”captioned Schwarzenegger.

Schwarzenegger posted his entire plan on the Reddit social community. It is a nine-step workout, with almost no equipment included except a few household items like a chair. “Body weight, or freehand, training is the oldest method in the world,” Schwarzenegger said. “You don’t need a gym to be fit. I started my own fitness journey with chin-ups on a tree branch by a lake in Austria.”
