Malaika Arora is known for perfecting yoga asanas. Since the last couple of days, she has been sharing tips on how to stay healthy and active in these trying times.

We all wish to achieve healthy skin even in summers. This can be easily achieved with continuous exercises and clean eating. Talking about exercise, yoga has been proved effective when it comes to radiant skin. Yesterday, Arora took to her Instagram to share three yoga asanas that will help achieve healthy and glowing skin. Take a look at it below.

“We all need to keep our body hydrated to beat the heat and keep it healthy. While we continue to drink lots and lots of water, this #MalaikasMoveOfTheWeek I am sharing 3 poses that I practice regularly for healthy skin. These poses can be very effective in purifying blood leading to healthy-looking skin. Check it out!” she wrote.

Similarly, today, Arora shared a video of herself on Instagram, where she can be seen practising anulom vilom, a type of pranayama. According to Arora, it is best to start with six rounds of the breathing technique and should be practised on a regular basis.

“During these tough times, it is very very important to make Pranayama, a part of our daily life and this #MalaikasMoveOfTheWeek let’s do a simple form of Pranayama, Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing Technique) that helps in boosting immunity and improving your lung capacity. Start with 6 rounds of Anulom Vilom should be practiced regularly with at least 2 hours of interval before/after having food. You can go up to 21 rounds,” she captioned the post.
