Our idea of #ManCrushMonday and #MotivationMonday, all in one, the incredibly muscled Tiger Shroff took to Instagram back in June last year to post two back-to-back pictures of himself in shorts. While one of them was of him languorously lounging, the other one was of him in the process of successfully completing a back-flip. Yes, that’s how far we went to stalk this hunk on a stick. Check out the exercise video embedded below to get a body like the actor.

His abs can cut through steel and you can see his sleeves straining to contain his bulging biceps.
