Practice Your I, O, U’s
You don’t have to go back to kindergarten for this one. All you need to do is say the vowels out loud. But make sure you exaggerate on every letter, stretching your face muscles as much as you can in the process.
Use Your Tongue
Your tongue actually plays a big role in tightening your chin. Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth, behind your teeth. This will help with lose chin fat. Humming while your tongue is up will also help activate some muscles around your jaw.
This isn’t the romantic kind of kiss you were thinking of. This is more of an imaginary partner situation. What you need to do is look up to the ceiling and do a kissing motion while trying to push out your lips as much as you can. Do this around 10 to 15 times.
Touch Your Nose
This exercise could be a challenge for a lot fo you because it is no easy task. The concept is fairly simple, but the execution could pose a challenge. All you need to do is touch the tip of your tongue to your nose. You don’t necessarily need to succeed as just stretching your tongue out towards your nose will create tension within the muscles of your face.
This effortless exercise draws similarities from the famous sculpture of Rodin the Thinker. This one is a simple one and probably the most normal one out of the others. Rest your face on your fist in a thinking position and push your chin down into your fist. Almost like massaging the bottom of your face.
