Ben Affleck It's official! Affleck will be seen in Aquaman 2! The announcement comes precisely three years after the actor expressed his desire to retire. Affleck appeared in 2016’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Suicide Squad, 2017 and 2021’s Justice League and 2022’s The Flash.

Michael Keaton Keaton's a classic Batman, and how!  The actor played the role in 1989, and then, in Batman Returns in 1992, and most recently in the 2022 version, The Flash. He has been cast thrice, and only gets better with every version.

Christian Bale Bale has been a popular choice for Batman sequels for obvious reasons. Seen in 2005’s Batman Begins, 2008’s The Dark Knight and 2012’s The Dark Knight Rises, his intense portrayal of the iconic character has amassed a loyal fanbase and how!

Robert Pattinson Roped in the 2022 film The Batman, which was released in March this year, Pattison did justice to the role, reportedly inspired by Kurt Cobain. Not sure if we'd see him again, though.

Adam West He played the character in a 1966’s TV show. What's more, Christian Bale once revealed how West is his favourite Batman! West continues to be remembered for playing the part with finesse.

Val Kilmer Kilmer was seen 1995’s Batman Forever, as a replacement for Michael Keaton. The movie’s earnings exceeded its prequel, Batman Returns. However, his portrayal of the character ended with this one.

George Clooney He was last seen in 1997’s Batman and Robin. The reviews were lukewarm. In 2013, the actor opined how he had kept an image of himself in the Batman character to remind him of the wrong decision. Ouch!

Lewis Wilson He played the first batman in 1943’s TV show The Batman. This was a 15-episode long Columbia serial. Critics reviewed his physique and voice quite harshly and he couldn’t find good work post this role.
