After the rains played spoilsport in the first game between India and Pakistan, both teams are now set to return for a Super Four encounter of Asia Cup 2023, on 10 September. The match is scheduled to be held in R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.

In T20I though, Kohli and Afridi have been engaged in a gripping duel. in the 2021 T20 World Cup, Afridi cleaned up Kohli inside the Powerplay, thus shaking the entire batting order.
