Leicester City (2015-2016) Leicester City pulled off one of the most remarkable achievements in sporting history by winning the Premier League against all odds. Starting the season as 5000-1 outsiders to win the title, they defied expectations and beat powerhouse teams like Manchester City, Chelsea, and Arsenal.

Blackburn Rovers (1994-1995) Blackburn Rovers, managed by Kenny Dalglish, won their first top-flight league title in 81 years. They had a strong squad led by star striker Alan Shearer and managed to beat Manchester United to the title by a single point.

Nottingham Forest (1977-1978) Nottingham Forest, under the management of Brian Clough, won the league title just a year after being promoted. They had a strong team with players like Peter Shilton, John Robertson, and Martin O'Neill. Forest finished seven points ahead of second-placed Liverpool.

Ipswich Town (1961-1962) Ipswich Town, led by manager Alf Ramsey, won their first-ever top-flight league title in 1962. Despite being newcomers to the league, they played an attacking brand of football and finished six points clear of second-placed Tottenham Hotspur.

Derby County (1971-1972) Managed by Brian Clough, Derby County won the First Division title with a record 58 points. They had a solid team and were known for their defensive prowess. This title win was even more impressive as they finished 21st in the previous season, narrowly avoiding relegation.
