Hyderabad is set to flag off its first-ever electric grand prix today at its newly built street circuit. Ahead of it, here are a few quick facts you need to know.

The E-Prix will be held on a street circuit near Hussain Sagar Lake. The 2.835km track consists of 18 corners and takes you through the city’s famous Lumbini Park.

After a free practice session yesterday and earlier today, the qualifying took place between 10.40 to 11.55 am, followed by a driver’s parade. The main race itself will flag off around 3 pm and is scheduled to go on till 4.30 pm.

As per reports, the venue can hold around 20,000 spectators, with tickets divided into different categories.The most affordable Grandstand ticket can be bought for Rs 1,000 while the Charged Grandstand ticket costs Rs 4,000.

The Premium Grandstand and Ace Grandstand tickets are sold for Rs 7,000 and Rs 10,500. While the exorbitant Ace Lounge package costs Rs 1.25 lakh!

Post-race, attendees can indulge in an array of activities at the Allianz Fan Village. There’s also a separate gaming arena, kids' zone, and food and beverage counters at the same venue.
