The BharatGP week is finally here, with the inaugural race scheduled to take place over the upcoming weekend at BIC, Greater Noida. Twenty-two riders will battle it out for the top spot on the podium. While our experience will be limited to being spectators throughout the event, there are a few motorcycles that can make you feel like you're riding a GP bike – provided you can find them, of course.

Aprilia RSV4 RFDerived from its WSBK counterpart, the Aprilia RSV4 RF (road-legal) is probably the closest thing you can buy to Miguel Oliveira’s ride without being a professional athlete. Although, you may need all the help you can get to tame this 201PS-powered monster. The cost? Approximately Rs 16 lakh without even factoring in customs and road tax.

Yamaha YZF-R1 MForget the R15 or the R3. If you're really serious about channelling your inner Rossi, why not consider Yamaha’s flagship motorcycle, the R1M? Packed with a 998cc motor and life-saving electronics, this top-shelf motorcycle may cost you more than an average home in India, with an estimated asking price of nearly Rs 20 lakh!

Ronax 500The Ronax 500 may be the most unknown entry on this list, but it is perhaps the most important one. It was designed to closely resemble the Honda NSR500 racer, the last of the two-stroke 500cc World Championship bikes to win a Grand Prix, in the hands of Valentino Rossi himself! However, only 46 models of this 160PS-powered motorcycle were ever made, with some now costing as much as Rs 85 lakh.

Ducati 1299 Panigale R Final EditionPerhaps the most "attainable" MotoGP-esque motorcycle you could buy right now comes from Ducati, with the 1299 Panigale R Final Edition. A swansong to the Bologna-based bikemaker’s famous V-2 engine, the Panigale R comes dripping in lightweight carbon fibre and puts out nearly 210PS of power.

Honda RC-213V-SHonda might be going through a slump right now, but that doesn’t erase their recent success at the hands of a certain Spaniard. In case you want to get the actual feeling of “leaning like Márquez,” Honda might offer you their RC-213V-S, which the company claims is "Not just a machine that looks like a race bike. Not a Superbike dressed up in GP clothing. This is the real deal.
