5 Upcoming EVs In 2023 You Should Keep Your Eye Out For

Mahindra XUV400 EVKicking off the year will be Mahindra, with the launch of the XUV400 EV, possibly in January of 2023. Mahindra claims the all-electric SUV offers a range of 456km on a single charge and can do 0-100kmph in 8.3 seconds with a top speed of 150 kmph.

Tata Altroz EV  After introducing the Tiago EV, Tata Motors is now gearing up to launch an all-electric version of the Altroz. It is expected to carry the same design and features as the ICE model and offer a range of nearly 250-300km on a single charge.

MG Air EV  Perhaps not the looker of the lot, MG is expected to introduce the Air EV in the first half of 2023. The hatchback which gained popularity for being the official vehicle used by government delegates at the G20 summit is expected to offer a range of 200km to 300km!

Hyundai IONIQ 5  Hyundai will be launching its new flagship in India, the IONIQ 5 sometime in the first half of the year. Packing loads of features including autonomous driving and ADAS Level 2, Hyundai claims it can charge from 0 to 90 per cent in just 18 minutes, while offering a range of 480km.

BMW iX1  If speed and performance are what you’re looking for, the BMW iX1 is your best bet. The all-electric SUV is expected to arrive in the second half of 2023, with dual electric motors (314PS) and a range of up to 438km on a single charge!
