The QualificationsHe then obtained a 3-year physics degree from the University of Oxford, soon completing a master's degree with honors in mathematical and theoretical physics, while completing internships at Caterham and Williams.

Jain's Time At FerrariHe was offered a full-time position in 2016 as a mathematical modelling engineer, before steadily climbing the ranks to his current position as head of strategy.

Shaking Up The Old OrderWith Vasseur now taking the reins at Ferrari, its clear that the Frenchman wishes to upturn Ferrari's flaws from the last season — many of which involved strategy blunders. As Jain steps in, his predecessor Rueda will be relegated to a factory role — far away from the F1 pits.
