Created by the Tham brothers, Foo is constructed in a sprawling old warehouse, with modern Asian design elements to keep it simple and easy. Dig into sushi rolls, dimsum baskets, tempuras, grills, stir fries, sticky salads, classic Japanese-Peruvian Nikkei dishes and a bar menu which includes over 30 varieties of Saké and experimental cocktails that are delicious and poisonous.
