Longines celebrates its association with the 2022 Commonwealth Games and its position as Official Partner and Timekeeper with the release of the HydroConquest XXII Commonwealth Games special edition watch. The partnership between one of the world’s greatest sporting events and the Swiss watch brand began during the 1962 Games in Perth (Australia). Since then, the two noteworthy brands have collaborated in the 2014 edition in Glasgow (Scotland) and the 2018 edition in Gold Coast (Australia). Finally, in 2020, the Commonwealth Games and Longines announced the news of being associated with each other for 2022, 2026 and 2030 Games – a historic partnership, to say the least. The 2022 Commonwealth Games will take place in Birmingham, England. The games will see athletes from over 70 Commonwealth nations and territories compete against each other.

One of the most fascinating features of the timepiece is the display of vivid colours of the Commonwealth Games logo on the black ceramic unidirectional bezel as well as the minute track of the black sunray dial. It is strapped to a stainless-steel bracelet.
