The festive season is here. But as far as celebrations go, 2020 no doubt will be very different from what we have been used to all our lives. It will be subdued, understated and less extravagant. Whether it is Diwali, Christmas, and all the occasions in between, the festivals will mostly be enjoyed at home, in the company of family and close friends.

But you still would not want to miss out on the age-old tradition of traditional festival shopping.  Only this time you will want to buy something that is understated and discreet, something that will retain its looks and investment value when the good times roll in once again. Nothing fits this description better than Rado’s new range of men’s watches. They are stylish, elegant, classy, durable, and not flashy, watches whose beauty you will enjoy for many years. Here are three of these watches that we recommend every man should invest in this festive season.

Rado True Square Automatic

This unisex watch combines two elements that Rado has been historically famous for, the iconic square shape, and high-tech ceramic, a material the brand invented. It is the first watch made using a square injected monobloc high-tech ceramic case, and features a bracelet made from the same material. The automatic movement has a power reserve of upto 80 hours.

Rado Captain Cook Automatic – Hrithik Roshan Special Edition

The Captain Cook edition, named after the famous explorer of the southern hemisphere, was first launched in 1962 and has since undergone several iterations. This popular Hrithik Roshan Special Edition, targeted specifically at the Indian consumer, comes in a 42 mm stainless steel, high-tech ceramic case. The classy vintage style dial and the bezel are in green, while the automatic movement has a power reserve of 80 hours.

Rado Golden Horse Automatic Diamonds

With a design inspired by the famous 1957 original, this new version of the HyperChrome Classic comes in a 42 mm case made from a combination of steel and Ceramos, a proprietary Rado material made from 90% high-tech ceramic and 10 % rose gold coloured metal with a sheen that will never fade or lose its shine. The 12 indexes on the grey dial are studded with diamonds worth a total of 0.096 carat. The automatic movement has a power reserve of upto 80 hours.
