Take Baileys in a bowl and add the mini rasgullas to it. Let them soak for over 24 hours. Serve the rasgullas with a top up of Baileys. Yes, this is simple, easy-to-make and wicked as fuck. Have too many (which you inevitably will) and you won’t remember what you did last night.

Method

 

Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Pour the mixture into a popsicle mould and freeze overnight. Serve chilled, and remember to not let your kids get at them.
