The much-awaited trailer of Priyanka Chopra’s Love Again is finally out. True to its title, the story follows the life of Rob (Heughen), a heartbroken man who finds love again through serendipitous ways. Chopra plays Mira, a woman who is still reeling from the shock of her boyfriend’s untimely death. Her incessant texts to her dead boy’s phone get read by Rob, after he gets assigned the number, as part of one of his assignments as a journalist.

The film is directed and written by James C Strouse. What’s more, the rom-com marks popular singer Celine Dion’s acting debut. Here’s also another fun fact: Nick Jonas also has a surprising cameo in the movie. The film is scheduled to release on May 12, 2023, globally.

Needless to say, fans are pretty excited to see their Desi girl back in her element. And here’s how they’ve reacted:

2023 is a special year for Chopra as the Bajirao Mastani actress touched the 20-year milestone in the industry this year. “It’s been 20 years of hustling and working at breakneck speed. I’ve always been like, ‘What’s the next thing? But now I feel I have a center, a sense of calm because every decision ends up being about her (Malti Marie Chopra Jonas). I have, like, seven cameras in her room. There’s really nothing more satisfying than seeing her face as soon as her eyes open,” she says, in a recent interview, adding, “Vulnerabilities are difficult for me. You see me all over socials and all over the world, talking about all the things, but if you actually look, I’ve really just scratched the surface.” 

Chopra has an exciting line of releases scheduled this year such as the Amazon Prime Video’s Citadel and Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa with Alia Bhatt & Katrina Kaif. She was last seen in Matrix 4.
