A couple of days ago, Madame Tussauds London unveiled their latest wax statue, and it’s none other than that of Zendaya. And let’s just say…it looks unique. Of course, the internet had some very strong opinions about it, if the memes which came out of it are any indication. But this got us thinking, what are some of the “weirdest” celebrity wax statues are out there. And oh boy there are a lot!

1) Ariana Grande

Unveiled in 2019, let’s just the pop icon’s figure felt more “uncanny valley” rather than sharing an uncanny resemblance with her.  

2) Nicki Minaj

This Nicki replica was supposed to be modelled after her look in “Anaconda,” but we’re just wondering if they took inspiration from one of the background dancers. It was unveiled back in 2015 at Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in Las Vegas.

3) Justin Timberlake

Do you think Justin Timberlake cried himself a river after seeing this in person for the first time in 2015?

4) Miley Cyrus 

The American singer’s waxwork unveiled at the Museo de Cera on November 4, 2010, in Madrid, Spain, looks interesting for the lack of a better word.

5) Robert Pattinson

Is it just us or does Robert Pattinson’s wax figure is unveiled at Madame Tussauds on April 22, 2011, look a bit too much like John Wick? 

6) Oprah Winfrey

Let’s just say this artist is not getting on Oprah anytime soon.

7) Prince William

Back when Prince William’s unfortunate wax figure not only failed to capture his feature but somehow made him look like a character from Shrek.
