In just 4 years since its launch, Hotstar has grown to become the largest curated content digital video service in the country. Although facing stiff competition from other streaming sites like Netflix and Amazon Prime, it has gone to become the first Indian service to cross 100 million downloads on the Google Play Store. 

With 350 million downloads and over 150mn monthly active users, the platform has more than 100,000 hours of drama and movies in 18 languages.

Well, this streaming site has upped their game with new content and announced Hotstar Specials.

It promises to provide a burst of variety across genres and formats. And, the content will be available in seven languages.
