Kanye West Showed Pornography To Yeezy’s Employees At Meetings
Yeezy Staff Claim Kanye West Played Private Videos Of Kim Kardashian During Meetings

The letter reportedly entailed statements like, ‘Truth About Yeezy: A Call to Action for Adidas Leadership’, ‘the toxic and chaotic environment that Kanye West created’ and ‘very sick pattern of predacious behaviour toward women’

Kanye West aka Ye is making headlines for more reasons than one lately. As per recent reports, the rapper used pornography to micro-manage his employees at Yeezy. Now that the former staff have finally gotten a leeway to express their side of the story, they seem to be leaving no stone unturned to make sure that the truth sees the light of day.

Staff members now claim that Ye used to allegedly show them pornography and employed mind-game tactics to control them at work. A few former employees, who were in high ranks in the company, have written a letter to the CEO of Adidas and its board members claiming the same.

The letter had statements like, ‘Truth About Yeezy: A Call to Action for Adidas Leadership’, ‘the toxic and chaotic environment that Kanye West created’ and ‘very sick pattern of predacious behaviour toward women’.

The 45-year-old rapper allegedly played the videos during team meetings and went as far as showing people explicit pictures of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian, along with intimate tapes of himself.

In that letter, an employee wrote, “The oversexualized behaviour has been consistent since the beginning. I don’t know that it ever went away.”

An interviewee, on the condition of anonymity, further stated that Ye wanted to work on designing a shoe in which a person could ejaculate. “Not a sex-toy sneaker but something that you were so into that you would wanna have an intimate relationship with. He’d be, like, ‘literally fuck.’ He would be very clear on what that meant.”

“The most troubling behaviour that should have been flagged by the executive team very early in the partnership is his manipulative and fear-based approach to leading the team, all while trying to assert dominance over Adidas employees in closed rooms,” stated the letter.

The complainants now want the executives of Adidas to apologise as well. Because if West’s behaviour was terrible so was theirs, who neglected what should have ideally been reported.

Post the publishing of the report, the spokesperson of Adidas said, “Adidas does not tolerate hate speech and offensive behaviour and therefore has terminated the Adidas Yeezy partnership. We have been and continue to be actively engaged in conversations with our employees about the events that lead [sic] to our decision to end the partnership. They have our full support and as we’re working through the details of the termination, we have been clear that we want to keep our employees’ talent and skills within the organization.”
