Kareena Kapoor Khan is winning at both personal and professional level. The actress, who was last seen in Angrezi Medium, gave birth to her second child in February this year. The actor has been busy taking care of the little munchkin. On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Kapoor Khan talked about how she is finally getting back to yoga after going through a painful pregnancy.

Kapoor Khan shared how giving birth to two children has been exhausting and painful for her. She took to Instagram and shared a picture of herself practising yoga in her house. The actor was seen wearing all-blue athletic wear in the picture.

Kapoor Khan captioned the image sharing,  “For me, my yoga journey began in 2006 when I signed Tashan and Jab We Met… an incredible one… which kept me fit and strong. Now after two babies and four months postpartum… this time I was just exhausted and in too much pain to get back but today I’m slowly and steadily getting back at it. My yoga time is my me time… and of course, consistency is key… so, keep at it people On that note, I’m going to #StretchLikeACat and hope you do too.”

Earlier, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, Bebo had shared an adorable picture with her baby boy on Instagram. In the monochrome picture, we could see the little munchkin tucked in and resting on his mother’s shoulder. Captioning the picture, she wrote, “There’s nothing women can’t do Happy Women’s Day my loves #InternationalWomensDay.” Her sister-in-law Saba Ali Khan went on to drop a sweet comment for her, and said, “You’re a rock…love you.”

Kapoor and her husband Saif Ali Khan are yet to name their second child. The couple is quite guarded this time, considering the backlash they received when they named their first child Taimur. Several reports suggest that Saifeena have given their mothers the responsibility to pick a name for their baby boy. Saifeena welcomed their second child on February 21 this year. Bebo had been working throughout her pregnancy, and had treated the audience with some really gorgeous photoshoots and commercial appearances.
