We all love watching Keanu Reeves when he’s dodging bullets in slow-mo as Neo or seeking revenge on bad guys as John Wick, but there is one role that a lot of fans and even filmmakers are dying to see him play.
Avengers: Endgame directors, the Russo brothers revealed that they would definitely want to see Keanu Reeves play Marvel superhero Marc Sceptor aka Moon Knight. The duo talked to IMDb at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con and were asked about their thoughts on Keanu reeves playing Moon Knight. Both of them agreed that casting Reeves would definitely be “a good call.”

Marvel has been trying to get the John Wick actor on board for a while now. They wanted Reeves to play Yon Rogg in Captain Marvel, a role which eventually went to Jude Law. He could not do the film due to scheduling conflicts.
After ending the Infinity saga with a bang, the Russo brothers won’t be directing any Phase 4 Marvel film any time soon. Marvel recently announced its Phase 4 lineup and even though there are a whole lot of new superheroes like Blade and Shang Chi coming to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), Moon Knight wasn’t one of them.

But the Infinity saga wouldn’t have been the best time to introduce Moon Knight. Even though Marvel hasn’t revealed any plans for Moon Knight yet, Phase 4 seems to be the perfect time to introduce the character.
