Loki is one of the many MCU projects that were announced last year. The series will give us an insight into the life of one of the most notorious villains in the MCU universe, and the new poster of the upcoming Disney+ Marvel Cinematic Universe series has only raised the excitement for the series.

Loki, which comes out in less than a month, centres around Tom Hiddleston’s character who goes on unusual adventures elsewhere in the universe. The new poster also revealed some major new characters of the show. From Owen Wilson’s Mobius M. Mobius to Gugu Mbatha, Raw’s Ravonna Lexus Renslayer and Wunmi Mosaku’s Hunter B-15, fans got to see the new characters in an action mode.

For anyone who has forgotten it, Loki was killed after Thanos choked him to death in Avengers: Infinity War. This series will chronicle his adventures as an alternate version of Loki, who managed to escape with the help of Space Stone in Avengers: Endgame. While he is quite notorious in the film, Loki will be reestablished as a harmless trickster and a fun, comedic character in the series.

Thor which starred Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston, recently marked 10 years of the release of its first film. Celebrating the feat, Hemsworth shared an old picture with Hiddleston along with a screenshot from Vulture’s article that talked about their casting, back in the days. “This year marks the 10th anniversary of THOR when two unknown lads were given the keys to the kingdom. It’s been a hell of a ride and we clearly haven’t aged a day  @twhiddleston @marvelstudios,” said the actor.

Loki will premiere on Disney Plus on June 9.
