Miley Cyrus is quite open about her life online. From posting about her weird fetishes to getting dirty on social media, Cyrus does it all. She often also makes sure that she reminds Nick Jonas about their past relationship. She tags him in posts, uploads pictures with him and whatnot. Recently, the singer did something very similar once again.

Cyrus was celebrating the 13th anniversary of her song titled 7 Things. The song is about how the singer hates her lover’s habits but also loves him anyway. Cyrus took to Instagram to share a post celebrating the feat and tagged Jonas on the post. The post contained a series of photos and videos and Cyrus captioned it as, “13 years of 7 things.” One photo featured a screenshot of Jonas’ doodled face from the music video.

The singer went a little overboard by tagging Selena Gomez in a throwback video that she shared from the 2008 Teen Choice Awards. This possibly was a subtle attempt by Cyrus to poke fun at Gomez since Jonas went on to date her after his split with Miley Cyrus.

The post also included an excerpt from Miley’s 2009 memoir where she spoke about the song. “I wanted to punish him, to get back at him for hurting me. It starts with a list of what I ‘hate.’ But I’m not a hater. My heart knew from the start that it was going to turn into a love song……But you know, at least I’m getting some good songs out of it,” read the piece.

Earlier, the 28-year-old shared on Spotify’s Rock This with Allison Hagendorf podcast that playing the dual role in Hannah Montana affected her sense of self. “Talk about an identity crisis,” she said. She revealed that Hannah was “a character almost as often as I was myself, and actually, the concept of the show is that when you’re this character, when you have this alter ego, you’re valuable. You’ve got, like, millions of fans, you’re the biggest star in the world, and then the concept was that when I looked like myself, when I didn’t have the wig on anymore, no one cared about me, I wasn’t a star anymore.”
