The 25th instalment to the James Bond series, titled No Time To Die, is just a few weeks away from its release. The most hyped film of the year marks Daniel Craig’s final return as James Bond, and the makers have been teasing fans long enough to pique their excitement for the film. Here is everything we know about the film so far:

Cast And Crew

No Time To Die boasts of an ensemble cast and crew. Phoebe Waller-Bridge is on the writing team, Ralph Fiennes, Lea Seydoux, Naomie Harris, Rory Kinnear, Ben Whishaw and Jeffrey Wright return for the 25th Bond film while Rami Malek joins the cast as the new villain of Bond’s latest outing. His character is named Lyutsifer Safin. Lashana Lynch, Ana De Armas, David Dencik, Billy Magnussen and Dali Benssalah will also feature in the film.

Who Plays What

Apart from Malek’s antagonist role, Dr. Madeleine Swann’s role will be played by Léa Seydoux, who is a psychiatrist and Bond’s love interest. Lashana Lynch will essay the role of Nomi, the new 007. Christoph Waltz returns as Ernst Stavro Blofeld, Bond’s archenemy, while Jeffrey Wright will return as CIA officer Felix Leiter, who is also one of Bond’s good friends. Ben Whishaw will be seen essaying the role of Q, the Quartermaster who equips the 00 agents with their cool gadgets and weapons. Dali Benssalah as a mercenary called Primo, David Dencik as scientist Valdo Obruchev, Ralph Fiennes as M, the head of MI6 and Bond’s old boss, and Billy Magnussen as CIA agent Logan Ash will also be seen in the film.

Plot

No Time to Die picks up five years after what happened in Spectre. During this time, Bond has quit the service and has decided to live a quiet, retired life in Jamaica. MI6 have also moved on and Nomi has been appointed as the new 00 agent. She has been working for two years already, picking up the 007 mantle in Bond’s absence. conspiracy, intrigue, fast cars, a lot of action with a little pinch of humour is what you can expect from the movie. Craig’s character returns for one last mission and from the looks of it, the plot is worthwhile.

Release Date

The film is set to be the longest Bond film so far, with a running time of 163 minutes. The Bond film is scheduled to arrive in US theatres on October 8, 2021. The movie is set to have an earlier premiere, releasing on September 30, 2021, in India. The world premiere of the film will be held at the Royal Albert Hall in London on September 28 and will also be screened at the Zurich Film Festival on the same day. The Daniel Craig starrer will be the first Hollywood film to get a Gujarati-dub release. The dub version in Gujarati will be released simultaneously along with the English and Hindi versions.

Cars

Bond 25 will be the first movie to feature the new Land Rover Defender. Craig and the cast will be seen driving the luxurious car alongside other members of the Land Rover family. The Range Rover Classic and Range Rover Sport SVR will also be featured in the film in different chase sequences parading its durability.
