Salman Khan and Kamaal R Khan aka KRK’s legal tussle gets more serious. Khan has filed an application in the court demanding “contempt action” against KRK. This demand comes as a result of KRK’s “defamatory remarks” towards the superstar and his recently released film, Radhe. Despite an endeavour to not write derogatory things about Khan, KRK has continued to do so.

Salman Khan has requested the court to abstain the self-claimed critic “from publishing or sharing any content in any form on him, his business ventures, films and projects.” The application was proposed in a defamation suit filed by Salman demands Kamaal R Khan to stop making and uploading videos or any other content on the actor, his business ventures and films/projects, directly or indirectly.

Salman Khan’s advocate Pradip Ghandy told Additional Sessions, Judge C V Marathe, that despite making a commitment, KRK continued to publish defamatory tweets against Khan. “This is contempt of court,” Ghandy argued. The court heard the plea and scheduled a further hearing on June 11.

After the Radhe star had initially filed a defamation case against KRK, his advocate, Manoj Gadkari, told the court that his client (KRK) would not make any further defamatory posts or remarks against the superstar till the next date of hearing. This declaration was clearly not abided by KRK.

KRK himself had confirmed the news of receiving a legal notice from Khan and had earlier tweeted, “Dear #Salmankhan Ye defamation case Aapki Hataasha Aur Niraasha Ka Saboot Hai. I am giving review for my followers and doing my job. You should make better films instead of stopping me from reviewing your films. Main Sacchi Ke Liye Ladta Rahunga! Thank you for the case.” He seemed Khan’s father, Salim Khan’s help and asked him request Bhai to withdraw the case.
