It is safe to assume that the Johnny Depp-Amber Heard drama will continue for a longer time than expected. Soon after the trial where Heard lost the case to Depp, the actress moved court to file a new case. While no developments have been out from her side, more than six thousand pages of pretrial documents were made public. 

The documents have shed light on topics that attorneys for both sides desired to exclude from the trial. Amongst these were some startling allegations from Depp and Heard, and also a few never-before-seen text messages from the Pirates of the Caribbean actor.

Amber Heard’s Nudes

The court documents noted that Depp’s legal team wanted to introduce “nude pictures of Amber Heard” into evidence. Heard’s attorneys argued to not include it saying that it fell under “irrelevant personal matters.” They also demanded to exclude a video of her sister Whitney Henriquez from a reality show and the history of their “past romantic relationships.”

Amber Heard Worked As An Escort

“Amber’s brief stint as an exotic dancer years before she met Mr Depp,” was categorised as her working as an escort by Depp’s team. The actress’ lawyers deemed fit that this information is kept discreet, from the trial. According to them, Depp’s legal team was trying to introduce it as evidence “to frivolously and maliciously suggest or imply that Ms Heard was at one time an escort,” reported The Daily Beast.

Marilyn Manson And Johnny Depp’s Texts

Depp and his friend Marilyn Manson’s chats from 2016 were excluded from the trial as well. In the controversial chat, the singer had referred to now-wife Lindsay Usich as “an amber 2.0.” Depp’s attorneys sought to exclude his texts saying that it would “smear Mr Depp under a guilty by association theory.” 

Johnny Depp And His Erectile Dysfunction

Heard’s lawyers also alleged that Johnny Depp suffered from erectile dysfunction in the unsealed documents. “Such condition absolutely is relevant to sexual violence, including Mr Depp’s anger and use of a bottle to rape Amber Heard,” claimed her lawyers. During his testimony, however, Depp denied allegations of sexual battery and physical abuse made by Heard.
