Hotel Costa Verde, Costa Rica

 

This hotel is a vintage Boeing 727 aeroplane that is refurbished into a two bedroom suite. It is located in a coastal rainforest and offers luxuries like 3 cliff-side pools, sundecks, and other room options. The hotel is perched 50 feet above ground, overlooking the magnificent Pacific Ocean and the vast rainforest.

Das Park Hotel, Linz, Austria

 

Das Park Hotel is constructed from repurposed and tough drain pipes. Underneath the simple looking exterior of the pipes lies a full headroom, double bed, storage, light, power, blanket and light cotton sleeping bag. Other necessities like toilets, showers, a café and minibar are provided albeit not inside the pipes.
