Why You Need To Be At India’s First Fine Spirits Festival This Weekend

The Vault Biennale is a two day festival celebrating distilled craft from across the world

Unlike any other festival the country has seen, The Vault Biennale will showcase the best luxury beverages by hosting over 20 international masters, distillers, mixologists and story tellers on February 16th-17th at Tote on The Turf, Mahalakshmi. The two day festival celebrating distilled craft from across the world has expressions that are being launched by brands for the first time, to labels that visitors will get to savor only at The Vault Biennale. The event will offer attendees a room to pause, discover, choose, sip and savour.

A brain child of renowned expert, Keshav Prakash, this Biennale will be a platform where curated audience meets curated brands. “Every bottle has a tale, waiting to be shared – of its founder, of the distiller, of the terroir, of the wood in which it lay, of the people who built the spirit, of the mixologist who decided to ‘play’ with it and more. Listen, learn and celebrate the people behind the spirits at The Vault Biennale” feels Keshav.

Limited to only 400 aficionados each day, The Vault Biennale’s vision is to create a platform that celebrates the craft distillers and distilleries as well as celebrate the new consumer who is open to experiencing luxury beverages that are a product of passion, commitment, and are produced in small batches, without any compromise on the quality.

Not just that, The Vault Biennale will welcome three of the World’s 50 Best Bars as they take over

three legendary resto-bars at Kamala Mills Mumbai, offering a one-of-a-kind experience in world-class mixology. Curated for one night only on February 16th (Saturday), 9 pm onwards, KOKO, The Bombay Canteen and Xico will join The Vault Biennale as they play host to Bar Benfiddich from Tokyo, The Clumsies from Athens and Licoreria Limantour from Mexico City respectively. This will be the chosen bars’ debut India tour as part of Keshav Prakash’s brainchild aka India’s debut luxury beverage festival, The Vault Biennale, whose vision is to make world class beverage experiences available to the Indian diaspora.
