Lisa Haydon Challenges Breastfeeding Stigmas In Powerful Instagram Post

The actress gave birth to her first child Zack earlier this year

We’ve been vowed by her on-screen persona (be it Queen or Ae Dil Hai Mushkil), but Lisa Haydon is an even more beautiful person off the screen. She sent out a strong message with a post on breastfeeding Monday with a moving post on Instagram.

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the picture, she can be seen feeding her son Zack who was born to the actress and husband Dino Lalvani in May. Haydon states the advantages of breastfeeding and even says that it helped her ‘get back into shape’ post pregnancy.

 

In the times when talking openly about breastfeeding still remains a stigma, it is nothing short of empowering to see the model remind us of how breastfeeding is an essential process in strengthening the mother-child bond, let alone the nutritional benefits.
