The coronavirus outbreak has taken over the world. Countries are trying their best to cope with the pandemic. With the first precautionary measure being to shut down public institutions and forcing people to be self-quarantined. But the Washington, DC Tourism Board has announced a new, unique solution to kill your boredom and take in the sights of the city of Washington, right from your couch.
The city has introduced virtual tours and cameras for those travel and art enthusiasts interested in Armchair Travel. So essentially, you can take a virtual tour of the beautiful city right from the comforts of your home. You can choose the tour you’d like to take. You have the option of virtually visiting the Smithsonian National Air & Space Museum, the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Gardens, the Smithsonian National Zoo, The National Portrait Gallery and the DC Cherry Blossoms.
