Many are aware of the timepiece’s robust design codes and signature aesthetics when it comes to Breguet’s Classique collection. With the launch of the new Classique 7337 Calendar watch, these well-established features of the watch are further enhanced and defined.
Available in two versions of white and rose gold, the new Classique 7337 Calendar watches join the Breguet collection. The two beautifully created timepieces are developed keeping in mind the elegant, subtle, and pure designs for which the Classique collection is popular. From the off-centered dial decorated with an excellent, hand-engraved Clous de Paris hobnail guilloché pattern to the circular barleycorn motif on the outer dial, each watch features the brand’s signature decorative elements. The white dial is home to a gold moon-phase display at 12 o’clock, which is hand-hammered.
The clouds surrounding the different phases of the moon are further decorated with a delicate sandblasted treatment in a matt texture. The blue sky that sets the moon’s background is coated with blue lacquer. Like all traditional Breguet watches, the time functions are represented by the signature blued steel open-tipped Breguet hands. Sitting comfortably at 2 and 10 o’clock is the date and day function.
Beating at the heart of the immaculately designed 39mm white and rose gold case is one of Breguet’s thinnest movements: Calibre 502. With a thickness of just 2.4 mm, this relatively small but powerful movement clocks in a power reserve of 45 hours, and comprises 236 components. The incredible beauty of the movement can be viewed via the sapphire case back.
The white and rose gold versions of the 2022 Breguet Classique 7337 Calendar are available in a midnight blue and mysterious brown alligator leather strap, respectively.
