Bulgari Octo Finissimo has been a rule breaker since its launch in 2014. It has continued to redefine the boundaries of style and modernity with every new edition.

With its eight-sided ultra-thin design, an intersection of circle and square inspired by Rome’s architectural wonders and minimalist looks, the Bulgari Octo Finissimo has redefined men’s watch aesthetics over the last seven years. Over that time, it has set six world records for the thinnest watches in a variety of genres — tourbillons, minute repeaters, automatic watches, automatic tourbillons, automatic chronographs, tourbillon chronographs. This year, Bulgari further expands the Octo Finissimo line with some sports-inspired watches.

Octo Finissimo S Steel Silvered Dial

Last year, Octo Finissimo disrupted the luxury sports watch segment with the introduction of the Octo Finissimo S, a stainless-steel design, featuring the thinnest automatic movement with a water resistance of 100 meters, made possible by increasing the case thickness slightly to 6.4 mm, and adding a screw-down crown. Now, the watch is available in a new monochrome edition. It comes in a 40mm steel satin-polished case with a new silver vertical-brushed monochromatic dial, and a radial brushed bezel. The watch houses the automatic in-house ultra-thin calibre BVL 138 with micro-rotor (2.23 mm) and displays hours, minutes, and uncentered small seconds at 7 o’clock. It is water-resistant up to 100 meters, with a polished steel screw-down crown set with ceramic.

Octo Finissimo S Chronograph GMT Steel

This watch is equipped with the automatic in-house chronograph and GMT ultra-thin calibre BVL 318 with a peripheral rotor (3.30 mm thick). Blending sporty practicality with mechanical complexity, the timepiece is available in satinpolished steel with a new blue sunray dial paired with the silver counters. Its ingenious mechanism allows it to display a second time zone on the sub-counter at 3 o’clock. The 43mm octagonal case (8.75mm thick) is complemented by an integrated vertical brushed steel bracelet with polished parts. A larger screw-down crown ensures water resistance up to 100 meters.

Octo Finissimo Chronograph GMT Titanium

The watch is now available with a new dial and a rubber strap, giving it a sportier look. It features automatic in-house chronograph, and GMT ultra-thin calibre BVL 318 with a peripheral rotor (3.30 mm), and has an overall thinness of 6.9 mm. The combination chronograph and GMT function allows it to show two time zones at once. The 42mm titanium case, for the first time, comes with a black opaline dial for lightweight strength and anti-corrosion, and a textured rubber strap with a titanium pin buckle.
