When I was struggling to find my place in cinema, before I became a director. Bappi Lahiri was already a star composer. He composed some beautiful melodies for our film TooteKhilone, that are still remembered and sung today decades later #RIPBappiLahiri@AzmiShabanahttps://t.co/Qo2fKSV52k

Bappi Lahiri, who was a pioneer of disco in the Bollywood of the ’80s and ‘90s, had changed the course of music in Hindi cinema with his energetic dance numbers. We will miss his energetic vibe for sure.
