Films Aishwarya Rai Wouldn’t Want You To See
Aishwarya Rai will be celebrating her 44th birthday tomorrow, and she still looks ravishing as ever.
Aishwarya Rai will be celebrating her 44th birthday tomorrow, and she still looks ravishing as ever. Not only is she considered one of the most beautiful actresses we’ve seen onscreen, but she has also delivered some stellar performances in films like Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Devdas and Raincoat that prove that she is more than just good looks.
But then, just like every rose has its thorn, Aishwarya Rai’s filmography too is far from flawless. Let’s take a look at a few such films, that she would wish everyone to forget.
Kyun! Ho Gaya Na
She was dating Vivek Oberoi at that time, and despite that the film failed to garner any love at the box office. The only good thing about the film was that Aao Na song, that became quite a rage. It’s soulful, it’s romantic and you can still give the song a listen. Other than this contribution from Shankar Ehsaan Loy, there’s nothing worth remembering about the film.
Hum Kisise Kum Nahin
A comedy starring Sanjay Dutt, Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn and Aishwarya Rai, the film failed to make anyone laugh. That said, you have to watch the Yeh Kya Ho Raha Hai song featuring Ajay and Aishwarya, with Amitabh Bachchan playing the kabab mein haddi.
Dhaai Akshar Prem Ke
It was the first film done by Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai together. It was really bad, because it starred a raw Abhishek Bachchan as an actor. It would have been nice if the audiences hadn’t seen these films and observed him directly from his Guru days. That way, they would have formed a better opinion of him and that may have led to a much more glorious career.
Dil Ka Rishta
This starred a raw Arjun Rampal, and the chemistry between him and Aishwarya was as dead as a dodo. It’s shocking how an actor who performed so badly can deliver a performance as hard hitting as the one he gave in Daddy.
If you can sit through this film, we would like to give you an award. This film has a very bad, time machine based plot that sees Akshay Kumar sport probably his worst look of his entire career. Even Aishwarya Rai delivers a horrific performance.
