Here are 3 things that we absolutely loved about the trailer:

Action-Packed Trailer

It would be shocking if we don’t see Reeves in action, but this time the action scenes will only get better. From the little glimpse that we get to see in the trailer, the film has some really mind-blowing action sequences that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Not just Reeves, but the other actors including Jessica Henwick, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II will also be seen engaging in some action-packed scenes.

Neo and Trinity’s Reunion

Neo and Trinity were one of the most iconic on-screen couples that we know of. The two will finally reunite in Matrix’s fourth instalment. Essayed by Carrie-Anne Moss, Trinity is the iconic warrior and a suburban wife and mother of three, living her life as Tiffany. The chemistry between the two still looks fresh and the question that every fan wants an answer to is that whether the two will unite in the story at the end as well. This has fans waiting with bated breath for the release of the film.

The Suspense

If it is The Matrix, the film has to have a lot of suspense, and this trailer is giving us exactly that. From the suspense behind who exactly Chopra is playing to what actually will happen with Neo, the viewers have been forced to think about the multiple possibilities after watching this trailer. There are a couple of references brought back from the previous film and put into the trailer, but it only makes you confused about the plot more.

Lana Wachowski has directed the film from a screenplay by herself, David Mitchell and Aleksandar Hemon. The film has been produced by James McTeigue, Lana Wachowski and Grant Hill. The film will be distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures. It will be in theatres on December 22, 2021. The film will also be available on HBO Max for 31 days from its theatrical release.
