After a prolonged tease, a couple of posters and a teaser later, fans finally got to see a more detailed glimpse of The Gray Man . Starring Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Dhanush, and Ana de Armas, the new The Gray Man trailer is just what fans expected from Russo Brothers. It has action, drama, suspense and some really dashing men fighting each other.

The trailer shows how Evans is assigned to chase Gosling who is an ex-CIA operative Court Gentry aka Sierra Six. Evans is a former cohort at the CIA, who will stop at nothing to take him out. Agent Dani Miranda (Ana de Armas) accompanies the agent to help him catch Gosling. Dhanush makes a brief but impactful appearance in the trailer, and leaves you wanting for more.

The trailer went viral in no time with everyone discussing how good it looks. Everyone was impressed by the actors’ getup, the music and the action that they got to see in the small video. People flooded Twitter with praises for the trailer and expressed their excitement to watch the film. Some, however, were disappointed with Dhanush’s 3-second appearance in the trailer.

Dhanush is playing the role of one of the heads of the kill team that is after Court Gentry, Ryan Gosling’s character. Ana de Armas will play Dani Miranda. Chris Evans will play Lloyd Hansen, a former member of CIA team who is tasked with hunting down Court Gentry. The cinematic hunk-off will be backed by Russo Brothers’ new content company AGBO.

The Netflix-backed action thriller is being touted as the biggest-budget feature film in the streaming giant’s history. Apart from Dhanush, Ryan Gosling, Ana de Armas, the film also stars Rege-Jean Page, Chris Hemsworth, Billy Bob Thornton, Alfre Woodard, Jessica Henwick, Wagner Moura, and Julia Butters in key roles. The film will release on July 22, 2022 on Netflix .
