In this week’s episode, Lukka Chuppi actors, Karthik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon graced the coveted Koffee With Karan couch. Aaryan brought a box of pinni, as a token of love from his mother for the show’s host.

Also, this marked their debut on the show. Initially, both of them were set out to become engineers, but fate brought them to B-town.

Unlike Sanon, Karthik Aaryan revealed that he always hoped to make it big in Bollywood. In the show, the actor told Karan Johar that he moved to Mumbai to pursue higher education. His journey began in a two-bedroom apartment along with eleven roommates. But soon after, the Pyar Ka Punchnama actor started skipping college to go to auditions. Although thanks to his mother, he finally completed his education after his film, Pyar Ka Panchnama 2 released.

In an earlier episode, Sara Ali Khan confessed that she had a crush on Aaryan. Karthik remains coy about this declaration and states that he has to make bank before he could think about asking Khan for a date. Besides, the actor admits to going out on a dinner date with Ananya Panday, once Sanon probed. And, he cleared the air stating that he was just friends with Shraddha Kapoor.

Moreover, the actor also performed a popular monologue from his hit film, Pyar Ka Punchnama.

Unlike Karthik Aaryan, our desi actress who hails from Delhi never planned on becoming an actress. Someone persuaded her to try her hand in modelling which eventually lead to acting. After winning a contest, Sanon got her portfolio done by B-town’s beloved photographer, Raboo Ratani.

Whereas, when it comes to Sanon’s dating life, she denies dating Sushant Singh Rajput and claims to have been single for a while. Also, she reflected her views on nepotism, stating that star kids have an opportunity to ‘kick-start their careers,’ unlike other actors.
