Kylie Jenner has expanded her real estate collection with her latest purchase of a $36.5 million USD Los Angeles mansion in Holmby Hills.
Previously, Jenner purchased a $13 million house with Travis Scott. The beauty company owner’s latest property was purchased at a negotiated price. It was originally listed for $55 million and was since reduced to $45 million USD. Jenner was then able to snap it up for $36.5 million, thanks to her relationship with the seller, who previously sold her land.
According to People and TMZ, the house consists of seven bedrooms and 14 bathroom as well as a chef’s kitchen, an outdoor projection screen, home theater, bars and game rooms, a gym and a championship-level sports court good for playing pickleball and basketball. It has 20 parking spaces for Jenner’s several luxury cars.
