International Yoga Day is celebrated on June 21 of every year and is of immense importance to everyone worldwide, especially in India. Last year, our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi gave a speech at 6 A.M to the country and signified the need for yoga and staying fit. Being healthy has become one of the significant norms amongst the country as everyone wants to keep fit and be healthy. Yoga can certainly help them do that. The things that yoga requires from a person are just a mat and proper concentration. With appropriate attention, a person will be able to do yoga at its finest. Madhuri Dixit started posting videos of different yoga asanas just before International yoga Day to remind everyone about the day and its benefits.
