CBS revealed the full trailer for its upcoming series, Star Trek: Picard at the San Diego Comic-Con on the 20th of July. According to The Verge, it features Patrick Stewart’s older version of the character and he is drawn out of retirement. It is set to debut on CBS All Access sometime during the beginning of 2020.

Star Trek: Picard takes place around 20 years after the events of Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987-1994) and the film sequels that followed (Generations (1994), First Contact (1996), Insurrection (1998), and Nemesis (2002)).

Of those set to feature in the series, a few familiar faces are returning to reprise their roles, Commander William Riker, played by Jonathan Frakes; Deanna Troi, played by Marina Sirtis; Data, played by Brent Spiner; a former Borg drone named Hugh, played by Jonathan Del Arco; and Seven of Nine from Star Trek: Voyager, played by Jeri Ryan will be returning, reports The Verge.
